You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities or actions under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payment Processing: We use Payhere to process payments. By making a payment, you agree to Payhere’s terms and conditions.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at info@lead2pro.net with your request and reason.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm us or users of the platform.
• Use the platform in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use of the platform.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

Our platform integrates with third-party services like Zoom, Google Classroom, Google Meet, ChatGPT, Payhere, and notify.lk. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lead2Pro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform.
